Just like real estate valuation, you will need to make a certain investment in order to obtain citizenship in Turkey. This amount is currently US $400,000 and only applies to real estate buyers. In other words, if you can make such an investment, you can automatically receive Turkish citizenship. You can only be granted a residence permit when you buy real estate in Turkey for less than US $ 400,000. However, in both cases, a real estate valuation condition has been introduced.
