In 2019 I hold my Professional Experience Certificate Responsible Valuation Specialist numbered 2019-01.2651. As of 2012, I received my Real Estate Appraisal Specialist License numbered 402045 from the Turkish Capital Board (TSK). Since than, I prepared expertize reports for many banks as well as for residences, workplaces, factories and hospitals. In addition, I prepared various real estate valuation reports during sales on foreigners coming from abroad. With my license I received from the Capital Markets Board (TSK), using the legal authority given to me by law, I prepared reports as an Independent and Impartial Expert in Land Registry Offices and Courts.
